First Morels and other spring things

So far only 3 but with the sun today possibly more.

We are heavily into potting up seeds today and getting the potato pots ready. 

We had potato disaster last year.....probably due to a combo of small creatures and too high a nitrogen fertilizer.

This year we are putting in 3 varieties of taters

Viking ....a red 

Yukon Gold .....of course

Rose Finn  ....a fingerling

I may cave in and put a few in the ground as well......

We are not doing as much corn as last year. The peas are in, some carrots and lettuces and spinach so far.
